|Grilled Turkey Sandwiches|

|These are the best leftover turkey sandwiches you'll ever have... YUM!
|For each sandwich you'll need:
2 slices of crusty French bread or Sour Dough Bread
Pesto Spread (one part pesto to 3 parts mayonaise)
1 slice of cooked turkey
Handful of chopped artichokes from a can
1 Roma tomato sliced
1 slice of provolone cheese
|1. Butter one side of the bread and place face down in skillet. Spread pesto on other side of bread facing up.
2. Layer turkey, cheese, artichokes, and tomatoes.
3. Top with other slice of bread, pesto sauce facing inside of sandwich and butter facing out.
4. Grill as you would a grilled cheese sandwich.
