Yummy homemade granola!
1 c almonds
1 1/2 c coconut
6 c rolled oats (not quick)
1 1/2 c walnuts
1/2 T cinnamon
1/2 t ground cloves
1 c canola oil
1 c honey
pinch of nutmeg
1. Heat oil and honey in a sauce pan untiol boiling.
2. Add to all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Spread on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes.
5. Store in an airtight container after it cools.
